They fit great, and are SUPER soft and comfy inside. I wear minimalist shoes whenever I go out, but it’s the season for rain and snow, so I needed to pick up something to wear when it's wet and icy because I'm too lazy to go searching for my other snow boots (none of which are as roomy and soft as these). Just got them today and put them on sitting at my desk, so fingers crossed that they are water-resistant and durable enough to get me through occasional trips during the winter.
I take the dog out first thing in the morning and am far too bleary-eyed and irritable to deal with lacing up boots in the dark, so I bought these almost exclusively for the zipper. They're lightweight, and I didn't expect them to actually keep my feet warm, but they've been amazing little boots. In snow and single-digit temperatures, I slog outside, half the time not even bothering to zip them up, but they still keep my feet warm and dry. The sizing is accurate. I've purchased two pairs, the first a year ago, and they've held up beautifully under rural lifestyle conditions. Very happy with them.
I just got back from a December trip to Germany and Austria in snowy, cold conditions and this shoe was AMAZING. Like wearing Uggs at 1/10 the price. It is 100% waterproof, cosy, warm, and decent for a lot of walking. We were not hiking on this trip, so I just needed shoes to walk around the town/city and my feet were always comfortable. Easy to slip on and off for travel. Completely worth the money. I'm planning on washing them and saving them for my next winter trip!
These were delayed in delivery, so I couldn't use them on my trip when lots of rain was expected, but fortunately, the forecast was wrong and I never needed them. Still waiting for some rain or snow to try them out for water resistance, and hopefully, they will be waterproof. I wear an 8.5 but ordered a size 9 and they are just right! These are to replace another similar pair I have used for almost 2½ winters. I think they may have a slight leak in them now. I like these even better as the ankle is higher, has a thicker faux fur lining with a sturdier feel to them, and a much better, thicker tread than the other pair, so these should be better in deeper snow. I know these will be great outdoors but are nice as slippers too, ha! I really like the look, feel, and style in the black colour I selected.
I got these but then decided I didn’t really need them after all since I already have some higher boots. But I was really impressed with the fit and quality of these for the price point. I have a very, very hard time finding shoes that fit, and these actually fit on the first try. I went up a size because I have to use inserts for plantar fasciitis and other foot pain, and the best part was that the insole lifts out so I could put the insert underneath the insole, so the fur was still next to my foot. I loved that. I was so tempted to keep them because of all these features, but the frugal side of me won out! Ha!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The return of products purchased on www.yooje.uk must be done by mail. Items must be returned to an address specified by our customer service within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers must submit a request via customer@yooje.uk and obtain approval from our customer service. We do NOT provide a return label, and customers must send the tracking number via email to our customer service. If customers return products to an address without our approval, we have the right to refuse the return or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to customer@yooje.uk.
Exchange: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the £6.99 fee for reshipment; we will send the new products to customers once we receive them. The returned goods must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund.
Returns: The address on the package is only the address of the last processing center, not the return address.
Please contact our customer service via email before returning: customer@yooje.uk, as we cannot provide a refund otherwise.
Customers should bear the return shipping costs themselves; we will refund (minus the £6.99 shipping fee we paid when shipping the goods, including products with free shipping) to customers once we receive the products. The returned goods must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund.
- The items must be in their original condition, which includes being unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- The items must have their original tags and packaging.
Additionally, please be mindful of the following points to avoid unnecessary refund rejections:
- Refrain from using perfumes, detergents, or other strongly scented products when trying on or returning items. Changes in the scent of the items may affect their potential for resale.
- Ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during the return process. Any damage incurred may lead to a refund being declined.
We understand the importance of your satisfaction with your purchases, and we want to make sure your return experience is as smooth as possible. Once we receive and inspect the items, you will receive your refund. The processing of the refund may take up to 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse. The refund will be transferred to your original credit card or payment method. The original shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.
Please note that no refunds are possible for goods returned after the 30-day deadline.
