Just used for the first time and I am pleased with this product! The design is compact. I like that you can put your toothbrushes in as well as retainers. The added functionality of having UV in addition to ultrasound ensures the best degree of cleaning I feel like above and beyond similar devices that do not have the UV light capability. The only thing I’m curious about is that the five minute cycle seemed to run for three minutes and the 10 minute cycle seemed to run for six minutes? The instructions say that you can run it up to three times in a row before needing to give the machine a 10 minute rest. My retainers were noticeably clear and clean looking after one cycle on the first mode, which was supposed to be five minutes of UV light plus ultrasound.
