Loving this hand/wrist heating/massage pad. It works really well and it relieves my carpel tunnel symptoms. I use it for 30 minutes every evening.

Works very well as stated. It's so soft and helps my sore, painful hand and wrist feel better which my glove and brace don't unless wearing. I have very small wrists and this fits well.

I have tried several products to ease the arthritic pain in my hands. The microwave mitts got too hot in places and barely warm in other spots. I tried the hard gloves that applied pressure. All they did was to squeeze the wrists. I just bought two more of these so that I always have one charged up (and a spare). Perfect heat and nice massage.

I have been using this red lightwrap for one month every day for 15 minutes and it does help relieve carpal tunnel symptoms,even after the first time using it!! love how it turns itself off after 15minutes, easy to charge and different settings.l thought the instructions could have explained the different settings better though. l don't even use my wrist brace at night anymore and highly recommend it for carpaltunnel symptoms.

I use it for 20 minutes in the morning when I get up and 20 minutes at night before going to bed on my right hand/wrist. I had carpal tunnel surgery done on it back in May of this year and the red light treatment seems to be helping me slowly get the feelings back in my right fingers and hand. Thank you!!!

I've used it more so on the back of my neck and lower back. Brilliant, takes away the straight away. I couldn't recommend it enough to people.
