You hardly notice any difference, but then you realize that you fell asleep quicker than usual, that you stayed asleep longer, and that you got 7 or 8 hours instead of your usual 5 or 6. I am amazed. I just made a second order. I was an extreme skeptic because I have tried so many products with nothing helping. I have always suffered with insomnia. My physician prescribes me Trazadone but still I cannot sleep. This works. I take it one hour before turning out lights and I am extremely sleepy. I am not waking up through the night. I am now getting 8 hours of sleep. As for those reviews about the patch being "sticky". Well, of course it is. Do you want it to fall off during the night. I am just shaking my head over those reviews.
