RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The return of products purchased on www.yooje.uk must be done by mail. Items must be returned to an address specified by our customer service within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers must submit a request via customer@yooje.uk and obtain approval from our customer service. We do NOT provide a return label, and customers must send the tracking number via email to our customer service. If customers return products to an address without our approval, we have the right to refuse the return or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to customer@yooje.uk.
Exchange: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the £6.99 fee for reshipment; we will send the new products to customers once we receive them. The returned goods must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund.
Returns: The address on the package is only the address of the last processing center, not the return address.
Please contact our customer service via email before returning: customer@yooje.uk, as we cannot provide a refund otherwise.
Customers should bear the return shipping costs themselves; we will refund (minus the £6.99 shipping fee we paid when shipping the goods, including products with free shipping) to customers once we receive the products. The returned goods must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund.
- The items must be in their original condition, which includes being unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- The items must have their original tags and packaging.
Additionally, please be mindful of the following points to avoid unnecessary refund rejections:
- Refrain from using perfumes, detergents, or other strongly scented products when trying on or returning items. Changes in the scent of the items may affect their potential for resale.
- Ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during the return process. Any damage incurred may lead to a refund being declined.
We understand the importance of your satisfaction with your purchases, and we want to make sure your return experience is as smooth as possible. Once we receive and inspect the items, you will receive your refund. The processing of the refund may take up to 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse. The refund will be transferred to your original credit card or payment method. The original shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.
Please note that no refunds are possible for goods returned after the 30-day deadline.
