I especially like the low-energy design of this heater. You don’t have to worry about the skyrocketing electricity bills when using it for a long time every day. It can also automatically adjust the temperature, which is really energy-saving and environmentally friendly!
I have tried 3 of these space heaters and this is the first one that actually meets the specification. Using a laboratory calibrated power meter it measured 850 and 1250 Watts which is better than the rated spec. So it's great. It's got 2 settings plus OFF on a rear switch so it can be used with a timer if left in sn On position. It has a button on the underside that is a safety cutout if it gets knocked over, this also prevents it from being used on a carpet so it's a double safety feature. It gets hot quickly and pumps out a great amount of heat for a small room or personal proximity. The lead is a bit short for my liking but not worth knocking any points off for it.
The heater has a very good silent effect, and you can hardly hear any sound. When working at home, I don’t like to be disturbed by noise. This heater allows me to work in warmth and silence, which greatly improves my efficiency.
I was pleasantly surprised that the low energy consumption of the desktop heater meant that I didn’t have to worry about high electricity bills even when I used it for long hours every day. With its timing function and automatic temperature control settings, I could use it without worrying about overheating or soaring electricity bills. Whether I was working or relaxing at home, this heater made me feel comfortable and at ease. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The return of products purchased on www.yooje.uk must be done by mail. Items must be returned to an address specified by our customer service within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers must submit a request via customer@yooje.uk and obtain approval from our customer service. We do NOT provide a return label, and customers must send the tracking number via email to our customer service. If customers return products to an address without our approval, we have the right to refuse the return or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to customer@yooje.uk.
Exchange: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the £6.99 fee for reshipment; we will send the new products to customers once we receive them. The returned goods must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund.
Returns: The address on the package is only the address of the last processing center, not the return address.
Please contact our customer service via email before returning: customer@yooje.uk, as we cannot provide a refund otherwise.
Customers should bear the return shipping costs themselves; we will refund (minus the £6.99 shipping fee we paid when shipping the goods, including products with free shipping) to customers once we receive the products. The returned goods must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund.
- The items must be in their original condition, which includes being unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- The items must have their original tags and packaging.
Additionally, please be mindful of the following points to avoid unnecessary refund rejections:
- Refrain from using perfumes, detergents, or other strongly scented products when trying on or returning items. Changes in the scent of the items may affect their potential for resale.
- Ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during the return process. Any damage incurred may lead to a refund being declined.
We understand the importance of your satisfaction with your purchases, and we want to make sure your return experience is as smooth as possible. Once we receive and inspect the items, you will receive your refund. The processing of the refund may take up to 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse. The refund will be transferred to your original credit card or payment method. The original shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.
Please note that no refunds are possible for goods returned after the 30-day deadline.
